His customers appreciate Glenmont Furniture Company’s short lead times, and Beachy takes pride in his lean manufacturing methods; there’s not much waste in Beachy’s shop. What little scraps there are, heat his home. In the next five years, Beachy hopes to see moderate growth, take customer service to the next level, and increase efficiency so he can spend more time traveling with family.
