Welcome to the Showcase House, where innovation and
inspiration come together. Each year, we focus on building
stronger connections and pushing creative boundaries through
fresh designs and updated color stories. Our goal is to help your
showroom feel current, distinctive, and confident.
The Showcase House exists to encourage Ohio builders to explore
new ideas, experiment with design, and highlight emerging colors.
Set within a thoughtfully curated space, it shows how pieces from
different builders and styles can work together beautifully.

The Process
Day One: Judging Day
Four designers and five local design experts review
builder submissions, focusing on craftsmanship, design,
and overall fit.
Day Two: Selection Day
The four designers work through the details, selecting
wood species, colors and finishes, and hardware.
Designers include Laura Fox of Laura Fox Interiors,
Maggie O’Hare from Sherwin Williams, Sadie Beachy
from S. Flynn, and Sierra Beachy from SB Designs.
This process ensures the Showcase House feels
cohesive while highlighting the unique craftsmanship
of each builder

The Giveaway
We’re giving away the furniture featured in each of the nine
Showcase House room settings. Each room’s furniture will be
awarded to a retailer, offering an opportunity to bring marketfeatured pieces directly into your showroom.
