Sharp Run Wood owner Paul Schlabach’s first piece, built when he was 19, was a grandfather clock. Today, his seven-Builders shop overlooking Sharp Run Creek, sends bedroom, entertainment, dining room, and store fixtures as far away as Australia. In fact, his custom-built sunglass displays travel the world on cruise ships. Schlabach, too, enjoys traveling and would have been a mechanic had he not chosen the life of a fine furniture Builders.
