Two generations of Builders work together in Country Hill Rocker’s three-man shop — steaming, bending, and hand-nailing hickory rockers and rustic twig tables. Here, says owner Daniel Troyer, customers become friends and might even join him for an afternoon of fishing when the day’s work is done. His business goals are to grow a bit while maintaining the quality and satisfaction his customers have come to value.
